My love of real estate, architecture, design, and construction is rooted in years of working alongside my father rehabilitating properties from elementary school through graduate school. I then spent the next 14 years rehabilitating people, as I’ve served as a dual board certified physical therapist and business owner at 3 Dimensional Physical Therapy in New Jersey.  I experienced firsthand how the right real estate decisions directly impact a business’s growth, employee happiness, financial success, and long-term stability. From selecting strategic locations to understanding leases, floor plans and investments, I saw how real estate can affect the success of a business.

My journey of opening and managing successful physical therapy practices is what drove me towards commercial real estate and helping other businesses with their growth and success.
